• 1. What does it mean to "compress a file"?

   

When talking about file compression we are making reference to group a series of files contained in a single file. This is used mostly to transfer files through the internet, in order to transfer file in a simpler, more organized way. It can also be useful to store large amounts of files while saving space in the hard drive.

• 2. Is it posible to set a password to the archives we compress?

   

There is always the possibility of setting a password to an archive so that only we can decompress it. In the compression window, to go "options" tab and there we will see a box with the name "password" where a password will be set. It´s very important to bear in mind that there no possibility of recovering a password from a file.

• 3. How can I change the folder view mode inside its interface?

   

The program has several ways to arrange the folders. To choose the most convenient to work with, choose "views" from the option´s bar and we will see four possible ways to arrange the elements inside the interface.

• 4. Is it possible to compress and decompress file straight from the Windows Shell?

   

Another advantage in this type of programs is the possibility to use them without using the actual program. This enables us to speed up all processes and compress and decompress files in a matter of seconds. Simply select with your mouse the files you want to compress, right click and from the unfolding menu choose "Add to...". On the other hand, if we want to decompress an archive just right click on it and select "extract here/files".

• 5. I want to compress a file but i can´t find it. Is there any way to look for it?

   

Another tool included in this application is the search box to save time when looking for files we don´t remember their location. To look for a file go to "Tools" -> "Find Files..." and a window similar to Windows search will be displayed.

DVD43 est un logiciel qui déplace la protection de films en DVD sans nous rendre compte. Son avantage principal est qu'il déplace la protection au vol. Pour l'installer il faut commencer session comme gérant et après seulement il faut recommencer et le logiciel fonctionnera sans intervention d'usager.

Dans la barre d'outils (en bas, à droite) on verra un icône avec un visage lequel avec ces couloirs nous indiquera les différents stades.

Grise : on n'a pas trouvé aucun lecteur de DVD ou le contrôleur de DVD43 n'a pas été installé.

Jaune : DVD43 est prêt pour être utilisé mais il n'y a aucun DVD dans le lecteur.

Rouge : DVD a noté une protection dans le DVD introduit, dons il faudra attendre jusqu'à le logiciel fasse son travail.

Vert : au moins un DVD de vidéo a été détecté et il est prêt pour l'utiliser.

Maintenant on pourra copier ou lire tous les films en DVD avec seulement une paire de clics.
